Q. Where'd you get the name for the site?
A. Marmalade Chainsaw comes from a Dir en Grey song of the same name off of their "Vulgar" album. Originally, I wanted to incorporate "Macabre" into the site title, but I found a TCM fanlisting had that same name and I didn't want to confuse anyone. ^^ Plus, I think Marmalade Chainsaw sounds pretty badass.

Q. Where did you find the pictures for the layout?
A. The main picture, honestly, I have no idea. I found it on an old backup CD of my pictures and documents. And that was a looooong time ago. If it's yours though, please tell me and I shall add you to the credits list! The pictures in the strip were from TCM.net. You kinda have to look for 'em though.

Q. Why Texas Chainsaw Massacre?
A. Well, if you read the about page, it should explain some of it. If you did read it and still wonder, I guess I can sum it up by saying I really loved the movie when I first saw it, it introduced me to the wonders of Jason Voorhees, Michael Myers, Freddy Krueger and Pinhead, and it's still my favorite movie to this day for reasons still unknown to me. ^^ I guess I can't really answer that question, as I don't know the answer myself.

Q. What software do you use for this site?
A. For graphics, I use Adobe Photoshop 7. I've had it ever since I started getting into graphics, which was, like, back in 2002 or something. For webdesigning and layouts, I use Macromedia Dreamweaver (I know, I cheat. XD Fuck coding in Notepad, I'm lazy). For drawings/digital paintings, I use Corel Painter X, Adobe Photoshop 7 (for touchups and such), and a Wacom Intuos 3 graphics tablet, but that's more of a hardware thing.

Q. Why just specialize in screencaps?
A. Because I'd found them scarce. XD Basically, I started capping the movies because I wanted to have ample amount of pictures to choose from when making graphics, and then I figured I could offer them up for anyone else to use as they please. Plus, there are tons of other sites for info on the series, the best being TCM.net. That site does the info 'thang better than I could ever do, so why compete? I offer my own little niche for the series. Plus there was already a fanlisting for both the original and the series, which kind of bummed me out. XD
